Trust signals must mean something.
RoboFynd can show email, identity, organisation, website, evidence, demo and outcome signals. These labels are never decorative: they should appear only when backed by real platform state.
What verification means
Verification is a specific signal, not a blanket endorsement. Organisation verification, identity verification, demo evidence and outcome evidence each answer different trust questions.
Demo states are labelled
Sample/demo records may show how the product works, but they must be visibly labelled and must not be presented as real verification, platform activity or real metrics.
Reports and blocking
Use report and block controls for spam, impersonation, confidentiality issues, unsafe claims, harassment or suspicious requests. Moderation review is part of the operating workflow, not a replacement for your own real-world checks.
Evidence access
Sensitive verification evidence is restricted to authorised reviewers. Operators can prepare or recommend actions, but identity, suspension, deletion and other consequential decisions require the appropriate elevated approval.
Start or review verification
Signed-in users can manage trust and evidence from Safety settings. If you are reviewing a public profile or post, treat every visible label as a starting point for judgement, not a guarantee.
