RoboFynd privacy
Privacy is part of every RoboFynd interaction.
RoboFynd helps people, companies, makers, engineers and researchers share robotics activity with the right level of visibility. Public, private, anonymised, invite-only and room-based content must stay clearly separated.
What you control
You choose what to post, whether to publish, and which supported visibility level applies. Drafts, original text, uploads, privacy review and AI analysis are preserved so you can correct or stop before publishing.
AI is editable evidence
RoboFynd may help classify a post, draft a title or summary, detect sensitive details and suggest next steps. AI output is advisory. It should not be treated as verification, identity proof or a final technical specification.
Demo and sample content
Demo records must remain visibly labelled as Demo or Sample. They are not genuine platform-wide activity, verified users, verified companies or real performance metrics.
Messages, rooms and evidence
Private rooms, direct messages, verification evidence and restricted attachments are denied by default and available only to authorised participants or reviewers. Sensitive evidence is never public by default.
Your choices
Signed-in users can review privacy, notification and safety settings from Privacy & visibility. If you are not signed in, RoboFynd should still let you browse and start a draft without losing your work.
