What we collect
Account details, profile and organisation information, content you choose to post, messages, request history, technical logs and safety reports.
How we use it
To provide the service, protect accounts, route and explain connections, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.
Your controls
You choose post visibility. Anonymisation is shown for review before publication. You can edit or delete content where the product provides that control, and can contact us about access or deletion requests.
Private content
Rooms, direct messages, invite-only content and matched content are access-controlled. They are not public by default.
